CONSTRUÇÃO DE REDES DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO ELÉCTRICA E INSTALAÇÃO DE NOVAS LIGAÇÕES NA PROVÍNCIA DE CABO DELGADO

Overview

Construction of electrical distribution networks and installation of new connections in Cabo Delgado province (Mozambique). EDM, under the ProEnergia+ program, invites eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for four lots of MV/LV distribution network works and new connections, in a national competitive process under World Bank IPF procurement rules. The contract is planned for about 7 months and divided into four lots.

Requirements

• Eligibility per World Bank IPF procurement rules; open to eligible bidders.
• Proven experience in constructing MV/LV distribution networks and installing new connections.
• Sealed proposals only; no electronic submissions.
• Bid security per lot: Lot1 975,000 MZN; Lot2 975,000 MZN; Lot3 585,000 MZN; Lot4 1,365,000 MZN.
• Include Formulário de Divulgação da Propriedade Efetiva as part of the bid documents; supply documents as per the bidding pack.
• Bid documents available via the drive link; (Edital).

• Submission deadline: 09 December 2026 at 14:00 local time. Proposals must be delivered in sealed hard copy to EDM address; electronic submissions not allowed.
