Overview

Procurement of borehole drilling, booster pump installation and water treatment system for Ntambanana Clinic (WIMS 058394). • Borehole qualifications: registration with Borehole Water Association of SA (BWA) and Ground Water Association of KwaZulu-Natal (GAKZN) for borehole works.
• Documentation and procurement rules: VAT-inclusive pricing; use of standard tender preambles; adherence to EPWP reporting and data forms (E12.4) where applicable.
• Evaluation criteria: 80/20 price vs. specific goals (BBEE/PPG ownership and local-area criteria) with required documentary proof.
