Overview

Provision of borehole with booster pump and water treatment system for Mpandleni Clinic (ZNTU 04285 W). Requirements

• CIDB grading: 3CE or higher.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN valid for 1 year; e-filing; separate PINs for JV/sub-contractors as applicable (TCS rules).
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; provide CSD supplier number.
• EPWP and local labour: local labour preferred; 55% women, 55% youth, 2% disabled; 100% unskilled labour from the ward; Community Liaison Officer (CLO) required; labour-intensive components may apply; 5% of works via Labour-Only sub-contracting to Priority Population Groups.
• Health and safety: Construction Phase Safety, Health and Environmental Plan required (OHS Act No. 85 of 1993).
• VAT and pricing: VAT included in tender price; net rates in Bills of Quantities; CPAP provisions apply for long durations if applicable.
