Overview

Procurement of construction and installation of trophy room display racks, including three sump pits and submersible pumps at KWS Headquarters, open national tender limited to Youth and Women with AGPO certification. Implementation period is four months.

Requirements

• Open National Tender limited to Youth and Women registered with National Treasury with a valid AGPO certificate.
• Bidders must obtain tender documents from the KWS website or PPIP portal and may seek clarifications via the listed email.
• Submit a Tender-Securing Declaration or Tender Security (as specified in the TDS), valid for 156 days from tender opening.
• Tenders must be in Kenya Shillings and include taxes; tender validity is 126 days.
• Must comply with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 (declarations of non-corruption) and sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Agencies may be audited; no conflicts of interest; JV rules apply if forming a consortium.
• National Construction Authority registration is required before contract signature.
• Foreign bidders must meet the 40% local-content rule.
• Tax compliance certificate (KRA) required; standstill and debriefing provisions apply.
