Overview

Informal tender for the Construction/Erection of New, Removal and Replacement of Existing Streetlight Circuits in Swartland Municipality for the period ending 30 June 2027. Requirements

• CIDB registration in EP class of construction works; grading designation equal to or higher than that determined for the tender sum (or as per Regulation 25(1B)/(7A)).
• Contract value: up to R300,000.
• Complete Annexure MBD 6.1 for B-BBEE; submit original/valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or certified copies; claim preferences in paragraph 6.1; provide Proof of Locality.
• Tender must comply with the General Conditions of Tender and any applicable Special Conditions; bidders not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
