Construction Health & Safety Services for a multi-year period ending 30 June 2029. This tender targets health and safety services for construction projects in Bitou Municipality. Suitable bidders include health and safety consultants with construction-focused experience, capable of audits, risk assessments, training, and compliance monitoring; and those able to meet BBBEE and local procurement considerations.

Requirements

• Bidder must be registered on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database (CSD).
• Tender documents must be issued by the Municipality, completed in the official documents, sealed, and endorsed with the Tender Number, Description, and Closing Date. CIDB registration is not required.
• Site/clarification meeting is compulsory: 17 July 2026 at 11:00, Planning Boardroom, Melville’s Corner, Shop 50, Plettenberg Bay.
• Evaluation uses 80/20 preferences: Price 80; BBBEE status level contributor 10; Promotion of Locality 10. 120-day validity.
• Non-refundable tender document fee: R424.50; documents not available electronically; reserve with proof of payment via scmtenders@plett.gov.za (SCM 2026 82 PD- Advert.pdf). Printed copies available from 10 July 2026.

• Submit in a sealed envelope to the Tender Box at the SCM Unit, Bitou Municipality, Shop 59, 2nd Floor, Melville’s Corner, Plettenberg Bay; externally endorsed with Tender Number, Description, and Closing Date.
• Register on CSD if not already, and be prepared to claim BBBEE and Locality preferences with supporting documentation.
