CONSTRUCTION OF A GUARD HOUSE AT NELSHOOGSTE PLANTATIONClosed

Overview

SAFCOL invites bids for the construction of a guard house at Nelshoogte Plantation. Suitable bidders are construction service providers with CIDB 1GB+ (or higher) and proven capability in masonry, roofing, electrical and plumbing works, who can meet B-BBEE (SANAS-accredited or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), tax clearance, and CSD requirements.

Requirements

• Fully completed RFQ on company letterhead; submit via email.
• B-BBEE:SANAS-accredited verification or EME/QSE sworn affidavit attested by a Commissioner of Oaths.
• Latest Tax Clearance and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) (or register within 7 days of award).
• CIDB registration 1GB or higher; three completion certificates for building construction work.
• ID copies of company directors; COIDA good standing letter.
• All SBD documents signed and returned.
• Site/Scope: adherence to specified guard house works (masonry, roof, finishes, electrical, COC).
• Evaluation phases: Phase 1 Administrative Compliance; Phase 2 Mandatory Evaluation; Phase 3 Price and Specific Goals (80/20). Specific goals include 51%+ Black Owned entities (20 points) and local employment/LED targets.
• Local procurement and targeted-enterprise requirements apply (coordination, subcontracting to targeted enterprises, and reporting).
