Overview

Construction of a Reserve Manager’s House at Brakfontein Community Nature Reserve. This tender is open to CIDB 3GB or higher contractors (with NHBRC and tax/CSD compliance) for a site-work project funded by World Bank financing, with work duration measured from site handover.

• Compliance: no conflicts of interest; no tender defaulters; compliant with SBD forms (e.g., SBD7).
• Evaluation: three-stage process (Administrative, Technical, Price) with World Bank procedures; price only in Stage 3.
• Other: max three current tenders per bidder; not more than one project awarded to a bidder.
