Procurement of construction services to build an ablution facility and canopy roof at Vredesvallei Primary School near Kakamas, Northern Cape. Bidders should be qualified contractors with CIDB registration of at least 2GB or higher, and must meet SA tax and supplier registry requirements (SARS PIN/TCS, CSD) and complete the standard bidding documents.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 2GB or higher (or capable of achieving prior to evaluation).

• Evaluation uses 80/20 PPPFA: 80 for price, 20 for specific goals (e.g., 51% black ownership and EMEs).
• Health & Safety: comply with SANParks H&S spec for construction; provide COIDA compliance and site safety management.
• CIDB eligibility and site-specific details: works located ~58 km from Kakamas; duration ~3 months (start 1 Nov 2026, completion by 31 Jan 2027, with preference to finish by December 2026).
