Overview

Construction of Lusizini Extension Access Road (Ward 19) is being procured by uMzimkhulu Local Municipality. • General Foreman: Civil Construction qualification with relevant experience
• Plant and Equipment: owned vs hired with proof; detailed plant list and ownership/hire documentation
• Construction methodology: detailed Gantt chart, timelines, critical path, cash flows
• Specific Goals: HDP (Disability) and RDP ownership criteria; points allocated per ownership and local promotion
• Thresholds: minimum 50% per segment; overall 80/20 price–quality weighting
• Compliance: 80/20 scoring; SCM policy applies; lowest bid not guaranteed
• Price validity: 90 days
