• Documents to submit: proof of CSD and CIDB registration, tax clearance, COIDA letter, JV/Consortium agreement (if applicable), rates clearance, and financial statements as required.
• Pre-qualification/registrations: CSD, CIDB 4CE or higher, SARS Tax Compliance.
• Briefing and site inspection: compulsory session 30-06-2026 at PSJ Town Hall, 09:00; roll call at each site inspection; late arrivals may be excluded.
