Requirements

• CIDB: 7CE or higher; JV allowed if combined rating meets requirement.
• Key personnel: Contracts Manager (minimum SACPCMP Pr.CM or ECSA Pr Eng/Pr TechEng); replacement within 14 working days if needed.
• Returnable documents (submit all): Tax Clearance; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; full CSD report; company and director municipal rates clearance or proof of residence/lease; company registration certificate.
• Additional pre-qualifications: COIDA certificate; valid public liability insurance (min R5 000 000); letter of intent for performance bond from a registered FSP.
• Compliance: not listed on tender defaulters; SARS good standing; CIDB registration; OH&S competencies; no Tippex/erasable ink.
• Evaluation: Method 2—Functionality, price and preferences; minimum Quality Score 70/100 (Plant/equipment, Key personnel, Company experience, Financial references).
• Compulsory briefing: attendance required (per Tender Notice); addenda may follow.
