CONSTRUCTION OF WESTERN HIGHVELD BULK WATER SUPPLY SCHEME WORK PACKAGE 2

Overview

Procurement of a contract to construct the Western Highveld Bulk Water Supply Scheme – Work Package 2, for Nkangala District Municipality. The works cover bulk water transmission, storage and pump stations, boreholes and associated civil/mechanical/electrical works, with a site briefing and strict SCM/tax compliance requirements for bidders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in bulk water supply projects (civil, mechanical, electrical) and delivery of storage tanks and pipelines.
• Compliance with SCM and tax requirements: provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or SARS PIN; foreign bidders to answer Part B:3; if no TCS but on CSD, provide a CSD number.
• Complete compulsory returnable documents for evaluation (Forms A–X as listed in the Returnable Documents).
• If bidding as a Consortium/JV, submit Special Resolution and designate joint liability (Form B and related documents).

• Pre-qualifications: Tax clearance status (TCS/PIN) or CSD registration; for foreign bidders, complete Part B:3.
