CONSTRUCTION, REFURBISH AND UPGRADE FOR NEW MUSLIM PRAYER FACILITY, POTCHEFSTROOM CAMPUS

Overview

Construction, refurbishment and upgrade works for the new Muslim prayer facility at North-West University Potchefstroom Campus, including interior fit-out (flooring, tiling, plumbing and sanitary, carpentry and joinery, painting, suspended ceilings) and external landscaping and paving; CIDB grading 6GB or higher is required.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 6GB or higher (mandatory)
• Demonstrated experience in building renovations and interior fit-outs plus external works (landscaping and paving)
• Ability to access tender documents via NWU and submit responses electronically
• Capacity to undertake campus construction with coordination and compliance to university requirements
