Overview

Open tender for Construction to completion of 10-door ablution block with 2 PWD-friendly doors at St. Paul Kanyakwar Primary School. Eligible bidders include construction contractors with Works capability; must comply with Kenyan public procurement law, hold National Construction Authority (NCA) registration by contract award, provide tax clearance, and be able to work in a school site. Joint ventures are allowed with shared liability and a representative.

Requirements

• Tender validity: 120 days; prices in Kenyan Shillings; non-submission of electronic tenders.
• Site visit not mandatory; bidders may inspect site; costs borne by bidder.
