Overview

Procurement: Construction to completion of 8 door toilets (four per gender) with 2 cubicles for PWD at Ziwani School for the Deaf. Open to eligible bidders with NCA 8 building works certification and the prerequisites listed in the tender documents, including site-visit attendance, AGPO where applicable, and standard PPRA/NG-CDF MVITA requirements.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents: Copy of business/incorporation certificate; Tax Compliance certificate; PIN; CR12; valid AGPO (if applicable); signed tender/quotation and disclosure forms; Certificate of Independent Quotation Determination; Self-Declaration; valid Business Permit; NCA 8 certificate; Pre-tender site visit certificate (signed/stamped) (DOCUMENT).
• Eligibility and capability: Similar previous 2 years’ experience; CVs of professional/technical personnel; proof of financial capacity; no canvassing.
