Procurement of Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design and ESIA for upgrading Colorado-Mwisho Wa Lami Road. Open to eligible transport/engineering and ESIA firms; Joint Ventures allowed up to two members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in road feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, and Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) for infrastructure projects (Kenya).
• Key Experts to be proposed (e.g., Team Leader, Environmental Expert, Sociologist) with CVs evaluated; joint-venture lead member rules apply.
• Compliance: valid tax compliance certificate; no PPRA debarment; no conflicts of interest; eligibility for Kenya-based procurement. -JV requirements: maximum of 2 members. -Competition rules: QCBS selection, fair process with standstill period; transfer of knowledge/training components may be included in TOR. -Standards and reporting: adherence to Kenyan laws, TORs, and contract forms (time-based or lump-sum as chosen).
