CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SURVEY AND PLANNING OF MATUMBI TRADING CENTRE IN MWAVUMBO WARD

Overview

Procurement of consultancy services for survey and planning of Matumbi Trading Centre in Mwavumbo Ward. The County invites eligible consulting firms to provide planning and survey services per the TOR; joint ventures are allowed. Requirements

• Eligibility: firms or individuals in the consulting field; not debarred by PPRA; no conflicting interests; compliant with Kenyan law.

• Key/Non-Key Experts: CVs submitted for key roles; substitutions allowed with equal/better qualifications; no expert may appear in multiple proposals unless permitted; English-language CVs.
• Conflicts of interest and integrity: disclose conflicts; no corrupt, fraudulent, or collusive practices; adherence to anti-competitive rules.
• JV rules: joint ventures permitted; maximum number of members defined in the Data Sheet; lead member must be specified; each JV member bound to proposal.
• Deliverables/Format: proposals must follow the RFP’s technical/financial formats; English; confidentiality maintained.
• Other: proposals evaluated on technical and financial criteria; documents must be complete and properly signed.
