Overview

The Kwale County Government invites proposals for consulting services for survey, demarcation and registration of public utilities land in Kwale County. Suitable bidders are land/geomatics firms or consultants with urban planning experience, capable of delivering surveys, demarcation and land registration, and who can operate under Kenyan procurement rules. Joint ventures (max 2 members) are allowed; bidders must be Kenya-registered and non-debarred. The selection method is Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). (DOCUMENT)

Requirements

• Experience and qualifications of Key Experts aligned to TORs.
• Valid tax compliance certificate for Kenyan firms.
• Proposals must be valid for the period stated (126 days).
• Bidders must not be insolvent or precluded by PPRA; no conflicts of interest.
• Joint Venture members limited to two; full liability applicable.
• Sub-contracting allowed only with entity approval.
• Compliance with anti-corruption and fair procurement rules; disclosure of conflicts.
