CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE AUDIT FOR THE MKHONDVO NGWAVUMA WATER AUGMENTATION PROGRAM

Overview

Consultancy services for the Environment and Social Compliance Audit for the Mkhondvo Ngwavuma Water Augmentation Program (MNWAP). Bidders must be eligible Eswatini-registered consultants; foreign firms may participate. This is a Request For Proposal (RFP) open to qualified environmental and social compliance auditors with GIIP/loan agreement experience.

Requirements

• Eligibility: Consultants registered in Eswatini; foreign consultants may participate.
• Documentation (Eswatini-based or foreign): trading licence, tax clearance, company registration, Form J, Form C, identities of company directors, Labour Compliance Certificate, and Police Clearance for Eswatini companies.
• Submission/process: sealed Technical and Financial proposals in separate envelopes; outer envelope marked with Tender No. EWADE0785; do not open before 10:10 on 30 Oct 2026. (Tender Document)
