CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR TITLING OF MWABUNGO KIUZINI TRADING CENTRE IN KINONDO WARD

Overview

Consultancy services for titling of Mwabungo Kiuzini Trading Centre in Kinondo Ward. Open tender inviting eligible Kenyan and international firms with registration and qualification per Kenyan procurement rules to bid for land titling/urban planning services.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: must meet Kenyan procurement rules, hold tax clearance, be legally registered in Kenya, and not be debarred by PPRA; no conflicts of interest; JV rules apply (maximum two members) with clear lead member.
• Proposal requirements: separate Technical (with forms TECH-1 to TECH-7) and Financial envelopes (FIN-1 to FIN-4); Power of Attorney; Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination; and other documentary evidence as per the TOR/Data Sheet.
• Selection method and term: Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS); standstill period of 10 working days; minimum technical score to pass as per Data Sheet.
