Overview

The tender is for Consulting Engineering Services for the Community Development project to upgrade Kloppersbos/Pyramid Road from gravel to surfaced. • Evaluation criteria: functionality min 85/100 (technical experience, management, workplan, QA, past performance); price via PPPFA (80/20 for up to R50m, or 90/10 above that); 30% subcontracting to black-owned Targeted Enterprises; B-BBEE verification required.
• Compliance: no deviations outside tender terms; anti-corruption, supplier performance and contract-conditions rules apply.
