Overview

Consulting Engineering Services for the routine road maintenance of National Route N6 and R26 in the Xhariep District Municipality (Free State) under Contract SANRAL N.006-068-2025/1F. Bidders should be established consulting engineering firms with road-maintenance, project delivery and traffic-management capability, and meet SANRAL’s governance, safety, and compliance prerequisites.

Requirements

• Compliance with SANRAL Form of Offer/Acceptance and related schedules; B-BBEE verification.
• Tax compliance status via SARS; ITIS project registration; SAP Ariba registration.
• Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; JV agreement if applicable.
• Insurance evidence and any required performance security; OHS governance (SACPCMP-registered professionals for design/construction phases).
• Provision of a Banking Details form and Tax Compliance Declaration; proof of SARS and other regulatory pre-qualifications.
