Overview

Consulting engineering services for the routine road maintenance of National Routes in the Northern Cape, including design and supervision across R27, R31 and N10/N14 segments (NRA 2026/0167(A)). Target bidders are consulting engineers with road/traffic engineering, project management and SANRAL-style delivery experience; must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) at closing, and be able to form a JV with a Targeted Enterprise if desired.

Requirements

• Eligibility: registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database at tender closing.
• JV: allowed if one partner is a Targeted Enterprise; the Targeted Enterprise partner will not count toward subcontracting targets.
• Compliance candidates: evidence of CSD registration for each JV member; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SARS tax compliance; appropriate insurances (COID compliance); project capability for up to 60 months (design and supervision).
