Consulting engineering services for the training and construction management of a community development project to upgrade access roads and stormwater systems around Moloto, near National Road R573, Section 2 (KM -0.500 to KM 8.600). Requirements

• Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) for the tendering entity and each JV member.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number; ensure tax obligations are up to date.
• COIDA/Good Standing certificate.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.
• Professional Engineer or Professional Technologist (ECSA) as Contract Engineer with 5–10 years (higher points for >10 years).
• Minimum of three relevant past projects (within 15 years) with client references and letters of award.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and compliance with targeted enterprise subcontracting (minimum 30% of final contract value).
