Procurement of: Provision and management of wellness services for routine road maintenance projects in Limpopo Province. Bidders with expertise in workplace wellness, occupational health, nursing, counselling, and SETA-accredited training should consider bidding; the package covers administration, training, clinical and counselling staff, 24/7 call centre, logistics, events, and related project management. Requirements

• Experience delivering wellness programs including management of project staff (e.g., wellness coordinators, nurses, counsellors) and trauma counselling.
• SETA-accredited training for wellness coaches.
• Logistics capabilities: accommodation, venues, transport for key personnel, 24/7 call centre.
• Compliance: SARS tax compliance (Tax Compliance Permission Declaration) and ongoing SARS status verification; provide required tax and compliance evidence.
• SANRAL vendor registration (CSD) with full CSD report; BBBEE certificate; banking details; JV documentation if applicable.
• Insurance coverage for personnel and equipment; evidence of insurance when requested.
• Performance security if required by Contract Data; adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Confidentiality, data safeguarding, and adherence to the Employer’s information security expectations.
