Overview

SANRAL seeks a consulting service for the provision and management of wellness services for routine road maintenance projects in Gauteng. Bidders should be capable in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), wellness program management, and clinical support, with a team including a Project Leader, Facilitator/Educator, Wellness Coordinator, plus 3x Registered Nurses and 3x Registered Counsellors (per Form of Acceptance). Key personnel must be backed by relevant registrations (EAPA-SA; ECSA/SACPCMP/PMSA) and supporting credentials (see Form B1/B2 and B6). Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering wellness/EAP services for large projects.
• Staffing: Project Leader, Facilitator/Educator, Wellness Coordinator, and 3x Registered Nurses, 3x Registered Counsellors; proof of registrations (EAPA-SA for relevant staff; ECSA/SACPCMP/PMSA as applicable; SAQA certificates where required).
• Compliance documents: Central Supplier Database registration, SARS tax compliance, COID registration, and BBBEE verification (SANRAL forms A7, A9, A20, A12; see forms in GP_Book 2).
• Due diligence and governance: DPIP/FPPO declarations; fronting certificate; past litigation declarations; adherence to SCM integrity declarations (Forms A4, A5, A6, A11, A15).
• Past performance: PSP reports for at least 3 completed projects in the last 10 years (Form B4), or sworn affidavit if fewer.
• Call centre capability and SOPs (Form B7 requirements).
• POPIA compliance and data handling declarations (Form A13).
