This open tender seeks a service provider to supply and deliver cleaning consumables to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment / Marine Living Resources Fund (MLRF) for 12 Proclaimed Fishing Harbours, to be delivered at 2nd Floor, Foretrust Building, Foreshore, Cape Town. Suitable bidders are suppliers/distributors of cleaning chemicals and related consumables with capacity to deliver to Cape Town, and with compliance to SA public-sector procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Submit on official bid forms (SBD1, 2, 3.1/3.3, 4, 6.1); attach Tax Clearance/Tax Compliance PIN, CSD/MA supplier number, CK1, authority letters, and certified IDs of directors.
• Firm prices (VAT inclusive); no post-award price adjustments; price validity 60 days.
• Deliver within 60 days of Purchase Order; payment within 30 days on valid invoice; payments by electronic transfer.
• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have orderly tax matters; bidder must be Oracle ERP-registered within 7 days of PO.
• Evaluation uses PPPFA 80/20 (up to R50m) or 90/10 (above R50m); include proof for Specific Goals (80/20 or 90/10) and SBD 6.1 for points.
• Specific goals: 51% black ownership; 50% women ownership; Youth; Disability (points vary by system).
• No bids from persons in the State; adhere to GCC/SCC as applicable.
