Overview

Contractor appointment for the construction of underground main water line and rehabilitation of service roads at Bram Fischer International Airport for a period of 24 months. Eligible bidders: CIDB contractor grading of 8CE or higher (JV accepted with combined 8CE). Scope covers underground water mains and service roads at BFIA.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 8CE or higher (joint ventures combine to 8CE). Proof of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for each JV party if applicable.
• Returnable documents: complete official tender forms and pricing schedules; submit one original, one copy plus electronic copy (USB) as specified.
• Briefing/site: compulsory briefing 19 Jun 2026; site inspection must be after briefing (non-compulsory, but access limited).
• Communications: conduct through the Employer’s Agent (Patricia Nkambule) with queries by 9 Jun 2026.
