• Tax and supplier controls: SARS TCS PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for each JV member; CIDB registration proof.
• Compulsory briefing on 2 October 2026; site readiness and attendance required.
• Tender evaluation includes Stage 1 responsiveness, Stage 2 admin criteria (forms), Stage 3 functionality (minimum 65/100), Stage 4 price/preference (80/20).
• Fixed contract terms: no price adjustments; 10% performance bond; 52-week defect period; relevant insurance requirements (contract data).
