Overview

Replacement of automated sliding doors at O.R. Tambo International Airport – a 24-month ECC3 construction contract. Bidders must hold CIDB contractor grading 6ME or higher (or be able to obtain pre-qualification before evaluation); joint ventures are allowed under specified CIDB conditions. Site: OR Tambo International Airport; issuer: Airports Company South Africa.

Requirements

• CIDB grading of 6ME or higher (and pre-qualification via CIDB for JV leads).
• CIDB registration or capability to be registered prior to evaluation (and proof via CIDB certificate).
• Fully completed Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1) with signatories; deviations as applicable.
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; PIN/CSD proofs per bidder or JV members.
• Returnable documents and technical proposals: CVs with SAQA-approved qualifications; product information/datasheets; at least two reference letters for similar works.
• Evaluation requires minimum 72/100 for Functionality (Qualification, Experience, Product Information, References); price and preference follow (PPPFA 80/20) with B-BBEE proof.
