Provision of Security Services for 36 months at Dikgatlong Local Municipality. Bidders should be security-service providers with an active ICASA radio license in the company name, at least R10 million Public Liability Insurance, and demonstrated infrastructure to deliver security services.

Requirements

• Active ICASA radio license in the company name
• Active Public Liability Insurance of at least R10 million
• Demonstrated infrastructure and resources to provide the service
• Tender documents completed in black ink; payment of non-refundable document fee (R550) and collection during office hours
• Municipal account bearing the Tenderer’s entity name, not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 3 months at closure
• Tender validity for 90 days; bids must be in sealed envelopes; no telephonic/facsimile/email bids; no late bids
• Quality threshold of 70% and preference points system 80/20; Dikgatlong reserves right not to accept the lowest bid
• No briefing session
