Overview

The IDC is seeking to appoint a panel of service providers to conduct Corporate Comprehensive Health Assessments for IDC employees. Bid category targets healthcare/wellness providers with corporate health experience, including HPCSA-registered professionals, pathology labs, and capabilities to deliver annual assessments, reporting, and SLA-backed performance.

Who should bid: healthcare/commercial wellness providers with:

• Corporate health assessment capability (pre-assessment, physical, pathology, reporting)
• Health Professions Council of SA registration and staff in good standing
• Ability to supply client group and individual reporting, and to operate under an SLA
• Compliance with tax, B-BBEE, POPIA, and related governance

Requirements

• Staff must be registered with the Health Professions Council of SA; provide registration letters and a staff roster.
• Submit SARS tax-compliance confirmation; undergo CSD vetting and background checks (FICA).
• Provide three relevant references for corporate health assessments in the last 5 years.
• Prepare detailed proposals for Pre-Assessment, Physical, and Standard Pathology services; include samples of Individual and Client Group reporting.
• Comply with POPIA; deliver reports with appropriate confidentiality protections.
• Returnable documents: Schedule 1–4, Board resolution, ID copies, Annexures 2–8 (Tax, BEE, Disclosures, Privacy), and financial statements or cashflow budget as applicable.
• No mobile units; supply footprint addresses; SLA upon award; price proposals separate file (Schedule 4).
