Requirements

• CIDB registration number required (Contract Data references CIDB in the Form of Offer).
• Evidence of ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS (Annexure A/B/Quality references in the pack).
• Compliance with Eskom OHS specifications for high-risk activities and related safety policies (OHS spec 32-726 etc.; Majuba OHS requirements).
• PAYE and SDL&I tax/compliance evidence as part of supplier evaluation (PAYE questionnaire and evaluation packs).
• Integrity declarations and Eskom Supplier Integrity Pact compliance.
• Returnable documents including Schedule of Deviations, Integrity Declaration, Acknowledgement (Annexures) and related tender returnables.
