Requirements

• Valid registration documents: Certificate of Registration/Incorporation; CR12 (issued within last 6 months) or ID for sole proprietors.
• Tax compliance and permits: Valid Tax Compliance Certificate; valid Single Business Permit.
• Professional licenses where applicable (e.g., NCA, EPRA, etc.).
• Financial and references: Latest audited accounts or bank referee; letters of reference from past clients; evidence of financial capacity.
• Evidence of physical office: utility bill or tenancy agreement; complete forms PART II–IX; pages serialized.
• AGPO requirements (for Youth/Women/PWD): AGPO registration certificate; certificate from National Treasury; where applicable.
• Additional eligibility checks: no related public officers’ interests; no prior debarment; disclosure of any litigation or pending issues.

How to Apply

• Submission method: Complete serialized hard copies in plain sealed envelopes, clearly labeled with Tender Number/Description; deliver to the Tender Box at the County HQ or post.
• Documents to submit: Complete registration document (Parts II–IX) plus copies of registration, AGPO, Tax compliance, CR12, Single Permit, proof of office, CVs for key personnel, past performance, and sworn statement.
