Overview

Procurement of a Sewer Digital Survey (CCTV) Framework Contractor Panel to be used by the EThekwini Municipality’s Sanitation Operations Department for 36 months, on an as-required basis. The contract targets CIDB 1 or higher with CE class, and requires a compulsory Clarification Meeting (15 Sep 2026) and dual submission (hard copy and JDE electronic) by 16 Oct 2026.

Requirements

• CIDB/B-BBEE/Tax: valid CIDB, B-BBEE, and Tax Compliance PINs verified via CSD at closing. (T1.2 notes)
• Registrations: registered on the eThekwini Supplier Portal and the National Treasury CSD; access to JDE ESP. (T1.1.3)
• Experience: five (5) completed contracts or equivalent orders/fault numbers within the last ten years; evidence via reference letters or certificates; Annexure A per Addendum 3. (Addendum 3)
