Overview

Procurement of a 36-month Sewer Digital Survey (CCTV) Framework Contractor Panel for the eThekwini Sanitation Operations Department. The panel will be allocated work based on previous performance and magnitude of work as determined by an Allocation Committee (Addendum 1). Eligible bidders: CIDB CE or higher, Grade 1 or higher (or equivalent).

Requirements

• CIDB: CE or higher (Grade 1 or higher).
• Experience: five (5) completed contracts or order numbers/fault numbers ( Amendments 1 and 3; Annex to Addendum 3).
• Evidence: signed reference letters and/or completion certificates for the five contracts; where possible include contract values/refs.
• Registrations: must be on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), the eThekwini Supplier Portal, and the JDE system.
• Compliance: Tax Compliance Status PINs, CIDB status, and B-BBEE status must be valid at closing and verified via CSD.
• Financials: Audited Financial Statements if tender value exceeds R10 million (incl. VAT).
• Municipal: Declaration of municipal rates/taxes clear of undisputed arrears.
• Insurance and vehicle/equipment compliance as per Annexure B (Addendum 5) and relevant Contract Data.
• Development: where applicable, consider B.U.I.L.D. Programme goals in pricing/plans.
