Overview

Creation of a Sewer High-Pressure Jetting Framework Contractor Panel for the eThekwini Municipality’s Sanitation Operations Department (36 months). The panel will be allocated work based on previous performance as determined by an Allocation Committee (Addendum 1). Target bidders: CIDB 1 CE or higher, VAT-registered, able to provide sewer high-pressure jetting machinery and related services (Contract 34374-5W).

Requirements

• CIDB: designation 1 or higher, Class CE, as per tender data. (34374-5W)
• CIDB/B-BBEE/Tax: CIDB registration and status, B-BBEE as applicable, and Tax PINs valid at closing; data verified via CSD (Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire). (T1.2)
• Registrations: must be on the eThekwini Supplier Portal and on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); access via supplier.selfservice@durban.gov.za and CSD portal. (T1.1.3)
• Financial: Audited Financial Statements if tender value exceeds R10 million; provide MBD forms and prior contracts history. (Notes to Tenderers)
• Experience: five (5) completed contracts or order numbers/fault numbers in last 10 years; use signed reference letters or completion certificates (Addendum 3). (34374-5W Addendum 3)
• Debts: no undisputed municipal rates/taxes; declarations required. (Notes to Tenderers)
• Vehicle/Equipment: comply with Vehicle/Equipment Schedule; no vehicle lease/lending with more than three bidders. (Addendum 1)
• Tender validity: offers valid for 12 months post initial validity. (T1.2)
