Overview

Cross-Functional Services Supplier to integrate and coordinate service delivery across multiple providers for a period of seven (7) years and six (6) months. Eskom invites bids from professional services firms with program/portfolio management, governance, transformation, SDL&I, supplier development and quality management capabilities to orchestrate multi-provider service delivery under a Master Services Agreement.

Requirements

• Proven experience coordinating multi-provider service delivery on large-scale contracts.
• Ability to implement Eskom SDL&I and Transformation obligations (Schedules S and H) including governance, monitoring and reporting.
• Compliance with Eskom quality/safety standards (QM 58 Supplier Quality Management specification; ISO 9001 quality management framework; pre- and post-contract quality plans and audits).
• Willingness to sign Eskom Master Services Agreement (Schedule O); provide a Parent Company Guarantee (Schedule J) and a Performance Bond (Schedule K).
• Submission of required bid documentation: SBD forms (H, I, J), Pricing Schedule (G), PAYE/Tax questionnaires (K), and related Annexures; eTendering manuals (L, M).
• Compliance with safety and SHE requirements (COIDA/Good Standing, etc.).
• Ability to deliver under the Transformation and SDL&I framework (Schedules H, S, N, M).
