CTICC 014/2027: Appointment of Audio-Visual Event Service Providers

Overview

CTICC invites bids for the Appointment of Audio-Visual Event Service Providers (CTICC 014/2027). Suitably qualified, experienced and registered AV suppliers should consider bidding to provide AV event services, equipment, crew and on-site support.

• AV equipment hire and operation, on-site technical support
• Event production services and venue integration

Requirements

• Minimum functionality score: 70 (for CTICC 014/2027; and per tender document for related CTICC 018/2027)
• Scoring: CTICC 014/2027 uses 90/10 (price 90; B-BBEE 8; locality 2); CTICC 018/2027 uses 80/20 (price 80; B-BBEE 15; locality 5)
• Bidders must be registered on the CTICC or Central Supplier Database prior to adjudication
• Mandatory briefing session on 21 October 2026 at CTICC 2: Aloe
• Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes; late proposals, or e-mail/fax submissions, will not be accepted
• Documents must be completed per terms and conditions in the tender; submit the original bid documents

• Submission method: sealed A4 envelopes placed in CTICC tender boxes (Ground Floor, No.1 Lower Long Street). Do not submit by e-mail/fax
• Documents to obtain: request a copy via email tender4@cticc.co.za; or download from CTICC website
• Documents to submit: completed original bid documents in sealed envelope (clearly stating bid number and name)
• Additional notes: physical documents may be purchased for R200; electronic copies are preferred
