Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory.

• Complete and submit mandatory forms: SBD 4 (Bidder disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points).

• Price validity: quotes must be valid for at least 60 days from closing date; payment terms: 30 days from receipt of invoice; advance payments require a bank guarantee.
• CSD and tax-compliance status PIN used to verify bidder status.
• PPPFA 80/20 preference points: 80 for price, 20 for specific goals; supplier must comply with related GCC/GCC-Struct.
