• Provide Declaration of Interest (MBD E), past SCM practices (MBD F), independent bid determination (MBD G), and municipal accounts declaration (MBD H).
• Compliance with BBBEE, forward exchange rate cover if applicable, and delivery in accordance with the quoted specification and delivery period.
• Occupational Health and Safety compliance and copyright/patent rights provisions.
