Requirements

• CIDB registration: CE Class of construction works with a grading designation equal to or higher than that determined by the tender value or Regulation 25(1B)/25(7A) of CID Regulations; contract value up to R500,000.
• Completion of Annexure MBD 6.1 and submission of original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates; proof of locality required to claim locality points.
• Tenders must be completed and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “SCM32.26.27: DARLING SWIMMING POOLS REPAIRS” and deposited in the Malmesbury tender box before 11:00 on 13 August 2026.
• Tenders submitted by telephone, fax, or email will not be accepted.
• The Municipality may request proof of empowerment and will verify B-BBEE claims; preference points are allocated under the 80/20 system.
