Requirements

• Eligibility: comply with Tender Data; not restricted from doing Eskom business; not on sanctions or Tender Defaulters list; not submit multiple tenders unless allowed; no 100% sub-contracting; no conflicts of interest.
• Documentation: complete SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2), Tax Evaluation questionnaire, Contractor/CIDB-related forms; Local/Imported Content declarations; Supplier Integrity Pact; E-tendering acknowledgements; pricing in PDF and Excel; all returnables as listed.
• Technical/QA: implement a Contract Quality Plan (QMS/ISO 9001 approach), Quality Plan (QCP/ITP), Environmental and OHS considerations, and risk/registers (as per scope and annexes).
• Contracts/Facilities: NEC3 ECC3 with Option A; arbitration-based dispute resolution; inflation adjustments and other contract data per NEC3.
• Special requirements: CIDB registration as specified; Local Content/CPA declarations; health, safety, and environmental compliance.
