Overview

RFQ for Boat House Renovations at Hermanus Harbour, including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, electrical, flooring and finishing works. Bidders should have renovation/construction capability, with Witnessed site-visit readiness, and be able to deliver within about 90 days from order; attendance at a mandatory site briefing is required. Requirements

• Mandatory site briefing: 11/09/2026, 10:00–12:00, at the Boat House, Hermanus Harbour (see DFFEQ 166 BOAT HOUSE RENOVATIONS.pdf)
• Complete and sign SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms; quotations on company letterhead with banking details
• Provide CSD registration/MAAA number; SANAS/CIPC-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; ownership/disability claims as applicable
• Tax/compliance: SARS tax status pin or equivalent; VAT registration if applicable; maintain tax/compliance throughout contract
• Bid validity and pricing: firm prices; delivery within 90 days of order (unless otherwise stated); ability to claim specific goals with supporting documents
• Include proof if claiming specific goals (e.g., ownership by Black people, Women, or People with disabilities)
