Overview

Prequalification for the delivery of computers, laptops, UPS, printers and other accessories for Bungoma County. The process is an open procurement path where bidders must prequalify to tender, targeting suppliers of IT hardware and related office accessories. Eligible bidders should have ICT equipment supply capabilities and related procurement capacity.

Requirements

• Certificate of registration/incorporation
• PIN certificate
• VAT certificate
• Valid KRA tax compliance certificate
• Current single business permit
• YAGPO (Youth, Women and Persons with Disability) registration
• Completed confidential business questionnaire
• Completed Form of Tender

How to Apply

• Eligibility and documents: submit the Application Submission Letter and the required eligibility/qualification forms (e.g., ELI-1.1, ELI-1.2, FIN-3.1, FIN-3.2, EXP-4.1, EXP-4.2) as specified in the Sections IV–III of the prequalification documents. • Submission deadline and method: by 29 June 2026 at 10:00 local time, via postal service or hand/courier delivery to the County Commissioner Bungoma; tender box at the County Commissioner’s entrance. Late applications are rejected. (see TENDER NO.20 PDF)
• Documents to complete: Form of Tender and all accompanying application/eligibility/financial and experience forms; ensure documents are serialized and complete. (see Section IV)
• Pre-qualifications and registrations: provide Tax Compliance Certificate, PIN/VAT, and other listed certificates; ensure YAGPO status where applicable.
• Briefing/site: no pre-application meeting or site visit indicated (per ITA references in the prequalification data).
• Where to obtain documents: prequalification documents on the Public Procurement Information Portal; documents may be downloaded or obtained from the County SCM office for a fee (see procurement notices).
