Denel PMP invites bidders for the supply and delivery of 99.995% Zinc Ingots

Overview

Supply and delivery of 99.995% pure Zinc Ingots to Denel PMP for a 1-year contract, including testing/acceptance sampling. Bidders should be metal ingot producers or suppliers with proven capability to meet 99.995% purity, quality testing, and on-time delivery to the specified Pretoria West address (delivery to 1 Ruth First Street, Lotus Gardens).

Requirements

• 99.995% zinc ingots per the attached specification; a sample may be requested for testing and acceptance.
• Delivery to 1 Ruth First Street, Lotus Gardens, Pretoria West, for a 12-month period.
• Bids submitted in two envelopes (Qualifying/Functional Evaluation and Price/Preferential Points) with hard copies and electronic copies on memory stick.
• Tax and supplier compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN/TCS, CSD number if no TCS PIN, and adherence to tax rules.
• B-BBEE: provide B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit (EMEs may use sworn affidavit); required for preferential points.
• Compliance with PPPFA/GCC and related procurement policies; no state service conflicts; fiduciary and anti-corruption obligations.
• Signing of a formal contract (SBD7) if successful.
