Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of High Purity Copper Cathodes (to Denel PMP, a division of Denel SOC). Suitable suppliers with copper cathode trading experience and the ability to meet Specification 1330020 (Issue 3) should consider bidding, including compliance with SA PPPFA/GCC, tax and BBBEE requirements, and relevant registrations.

Requirements

• Proof of trading in Copper Cathodes; COA from the mine; reference letters (three recommended).
• Current banking details on bank letterhead; ownership/shareholder documentation; shareholder agreements if multiple shareholders.
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or Tax Clearance; CSD registration where applicable; South African tax compliance for entities.
• BBBEE status verification or sworn affidavit; for EMEs/QSEs as applicable.
• Compliance with tender rules, confidentiality, anti-corruption, and conflict-of-interest disclosures.
• Delivery capability with lead times and ability to deliver per Specification 1330020; no subcontracting without approval.
