Overview

Procurement of a service provider to conduct a four-month technical skills development programme for twenty precast manufacturing MSMEs located in Ulundi, Nongoma, Edumbe, Pongola, and AbaQulus i within KwaZulu-Natal’s Zululand District. Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS TCS PIN or CSD number; ensure tax status is verifiable.
• Central Suppliers Database (CSD): register on CSD; if no TCS PIN is available, provide CSD number. If in a consortium, each party must submit its own TCS/CSD.
• Official bidding forms: complete Part A (SBD 1), Part B, pricing schedules (SBD 3.1 and/or SBD 3.3), SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; annex TOR and evaluation documents.
• Accreditation: provide SETA/CETA or QCTO accreditation/registration for assessor, facilitator, and provider where applicable (per Section P).
• Briefing: attend mandatory official briefing session.
• Valid bid period: bid offers remain valid for 60 days (from closing).
• Submission format: bids on official forms; no retyping; sign each page; submit in sealed envelope.
