Overview

Maintenance, service and repairs of existing parking equipment for a period of 12 months at uShaka Marine World. Bidders should be service providers with parking equipment maintenance capability and CIDB eligibility, and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and eThekwini Supplier Portal; must meet tax compliance requirements and complete mandatory MBD forms. Foreign bidders must complete Part B:3, and consortia/joint ventures must provide separate TCS or CSD where applicable.

Requirements

• Registration on CSD and the eThekwini Supplier Portal; tax clearance or SARS PIN/TCS; CIDB 1ME or higher;
• Completion of mandatory MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9);
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS PIN or CSD number if no TCS; if foreign, Part B:3; consortia require separate TCS/CSD;
• Valid public liability insurance of at least R500,000;
• CoIDA good-standing and proof of CSD/SARS status in bid;
• Compulsory site briefing (per attached document);
• Bids must be submitted on official forms in sealed envelopes by the closing time; late bids not accepted.
